Is the 'no capes' heading from The Incredibles cartoon movie? You know, the part where the dad incredible goes to the designer and she tells him, emphatically, 'No Capes!' because he wants one on his suit, but she reminds him (through the "no capes" line) that x number of superheroes met their demise via being caped?
